This is the registration information for those expressing interest in receiving an available scholarship for:

Australian Qualifications Framework Level 8 (AQF8) accredited online course “Foundations of Infection Prevention and Control” with the Australasian College for Infection Prevention and Control (ACIPC).  

To apply, you must be a Registered Nurse working in:

Residential Aged Care Facilities 

Aboriginal Medical Services 

General Practice (for Registered Nurses who are considered a clinical team member*) 

If you are allocated a scholarship and personal or special circumstances prevent you from starting or completing the course within the designated timeframe, you will need to discuss your options with the PHN immediately.

The information in this registration form will be used in your Letter of Agreement if successful.
