Thank you for your interest in the Commissioning Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scholarships.

Please ensure you have read the GUIDELINES

Note that you must be a current commissioned service provider of the Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network to apply.

Submitting an application is no guarantee of securing a scholarship. Successful applicants will be notified.

The information in this registration form will be used in your Letter of Agreement if you are successful.

Commissioning CPD Scholarship Conditions

Once you have completed your proposed professional development, the learnings and skills are to be used to enhance the commissioned service provisions delivered to the Hunter New England and Central Coast regions under your service contract.

This is a condition of applying for a grant and will form part of the letter of agreement.
